This includes your name, organisation details, postal address, email address, telephone number and any other contact information required by the relevant registry or registrar.
We are not responsible for any loss, suspension, expiry, failed renewal, failed transfer, service disruption or administrative issue caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated customer information.
4. Domain availability
A domain name is not guaranteed to be available until the registration has been successfully completed and confirmed by the relevant registry or registrar.
We may accept an order or payment before a domain has been successfully registered. If the domain cannot be registered, we will advise you and, where appropriate, refund the domain registration element of the order.
5. Domain name use
You must not use a domain name for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful or infringing purposes. You must also ensure that the domain name does not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party, including trade marks, passing off rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6. Suspension, cancellation or refusal
We may suspend, cancel, refuse to renew, refuse to transfer or otherwise restrict a domain name where required by law, registry policy, registrar policy, court order, regulatory requirement, non-payment, abuse report, technical issue, security risk or breach of these terms.
